Adaptaflex Type S Steel Flexible Conduit IP40

Adaptaflex Type S is a general purpose, plain helically wound galvanised steel flexible conduit. Plain steel sytems are inherently low fire hazard (ILFH) and offer high flexibility and mechanical strength where low level IP40 ingress protection is sufficient.

Type S flexible conduit is designed for use in dry general wiring conditions and where light mechanical stress may occur e.g. underfloor wiring.

Fittings for Type S flexible conduit include :
Type A straight fittings with fixed external thread
Type B straight fittings with swivel external thread

Specification :
Material: Galvanised Steel.
Standard: EN 50086 Galvanised to DIN 53210.
Temperature Range: -50°C to +300°C.
